Traditional Spanish Manchego Sheep Cheese. Hand made sheep’s milk cheese in artisan style. Manchego takes its name from the breed of sheep that provide the milk – Manchega. Once pressed into baskets, with the distinctive cross hatch pattern, the cheese is left to ripen in natural caves of the La Mancha region.

Cured for at least 3 months.
