Salmorejo comes from the south of Spain, specifically from Cordoba in Andalusia. It is a creamy but creamless taste, cousing to gazpacho. Served ice-cold our salmorejo has a garnish or Iberican han and egg.
Ingredients: Fresh tomatoes, white bread, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, vinegar.
